A personal injury law firm approached LeadGen Compass as part of a price check. We talked about their current lead generation efforts, what they thought worked and didn’t work, their budget constraints, and what success would look like. In addition to their regular lead flow, they wanted to break into some new practice areas and agreed to a 4 month sprint.
Our Unique Insight
While reviewing their previous work, we noticed that their ad spend varied quite a bit from month to month. They explained that their cash flow dictated their marketing spend, and since it was hard to predict when cases settled, the ad spend varied accordingly. We requested a minimum budget, far below their suggested spend, in order to provide a steadier lead flow over time.
Result
As a result of leveling the ad budget and making changes to their campaigns based on that budget, LeadGen Compass was able to prioritize where the money went, learn from the results, and bring leads in at their target cos per lead (CPL). The law firm continued with us for another two four month periods and before the year was over said, “We’ve never been busier.”
