The love hate relationship with chatbots continues. Although I admit it may just be me because I can’t help but think I’m not talking to a human. This week we talk about chatbots and luxury fashion, we spend some time with companies trying to try a new old idea customizing at scale, and we see another example of companies trying to control capitalism.
This week there are articles about the value found in researching bodily functions, the changing nature of things, especially how we see ourselves, how data, connectivity, and oversharing can lead to wonderful things and I end on a rant about our reliance on search engines for lead generation.

Mega-seller Carter’s baby clothes is a wonder at selling in every retailer known to man, Lil Nas X cracks the code for leveraging Tik Tok into record sales, another startup tries to work around the law, and if you’re an action movie star, you’re probably not going to look bad.
